Orders, Payment & Shipment

We accept all major credit cards Amex, Visa and Mastercard including debit cards. Bank transfers are also accepted; email us at poshheirlooms@gmail.com for more details.

We offer complimentary insured shipping across the United States and India. We also ship worldwide; please note that international orders outside these regions may be subject to additional shipping fees.

For our US and India-based customers, all duties and taxes are included in the final price at checkout. There are no hidden fees or surprise "import" charges upon delivery. For all other international destinations, duties and taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Yes. We believe in staying in touch throughout the journey. You will receive a tracking number via email the moment your signature parcel leaves our Seattle studio, allowing you to follow its progress to your door.

Every Posh Heirlooms piece is handcrafted in our dedicated studio in India. To ensure the highest level of service for our US clients, pieces are securely transported to Seattle, Washington, where they undergo a final inspection before being dispatched to you.

Shipping is complimentary and fully insured for all orders within the United States and India. We believe the security of your heirloom should never be an additional burden.

Because every piece is made-to-order specifically for you, please allow 3–4 weeks for craftsmanship and delivery. This intentional process ensures your jewelry meets our exacting standards.

Yes. To ensure the security of your fine jewelry, all Posh Heirlooms parcels require an adult signature upon delivery.

As each piece is handcrafted to order, we do not currently offer next-day delivery. We prioritize artisanal quality and precision over speed to ensure your piece is perfect.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel complete confidence in your heirloom. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your order. Please note that to maintain our standards of integrity, custom-designed or modified jewelry is considered final sale and is not eligible for return.

We are happy to facilitate an exchange within 7 days of delivery. If you wish to exchange your piece for a different silhouette, our team is here to assist. Please note that the client is responsible for the return shipping of the original item, the shipping costs of the replacement, and any applicable price difference. Bespoke and customized pieces are not eligible for exchange.

Simply send an email to poshheirlooms@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide a return shipping label for you. Please ensure the item is secured in its original packaging and dropped off at the designated FedEx or UPS location. We kindly ask that you retain your drop-off receipt for your records.

No. Because engraved pieces are personalized specifically for your story, they are considered final sale. Once an
order for an engraved item has been placed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

We accept returns and exchanges for non-custom rings within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unworn condition. If the ring is not an eternity band, we may be able to resize it (typically up to 3 sizes up or down) to ensure a perfect fit. Please contact us to discuss resizing options.

To maintain our direct-to-consumer pricing and in-house craftsmanship, returns are not free of charge. A fee covering the original delivery and the return shipping will be deducted from your final refund.

Unfortunately, no. Since our bespoke and customized creations are uniquely forged just for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. This includes any designs made to your specific request or items that have been engraved.

Once our studio has received and inspected your return, we will notify you that your refund is being processed. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

All items purchased during a promotional event or sale are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

To arrange a resizing, please email us at poshheirlooms@gmail.com with your order number and specific resizing requirements. We will then coordinate the return for you. Please note that for our standard collection, the client is responsible for shipping costs associated with a resize.

Due to the intricate technicality of certain designs, some silhouettes cannot be resized and must be forged to the exact size ordered. We recommend reviewing the individual product pages for specific design details before finalizing your purchase.

Yes. The standard length for each design is listed on its individual product page. Should you require a bespoke length to suit your preference, please contact us with your order number, and our artisans will be happy to accommodate your request.

Materials & Craftsmanship

At Posh Heirlooms, we exclusively use high-quality materials designed for longevity. Every piece is forged in solid 14k or 18k recycled gold. Our diamonds are strictly lab-grown, offering a modern and ethical approach to fine jewelry. For bespoke requests regarding specific gold carats or diamond specifications, please reach out to us at poshheirlooms@gmail.com.

No. Because we use solid gold rather than gold-plated or vermeil metals, our jewelry will not fade or peel over time. We specifically choose 14k and 18k solid gold so that your pieces can be worn daily, resist the elements, and eventually be passed down to the next generation.

Yes. Lab-grown diamonds are chemically, physically, and optically identical to mined diamonds. They are composed of the same carbon crystal structure and possess the same brilliance, fire, and hardness (10 on the Mohs scale). The only difference is their point of origin.

Absolutely. We believe in total transparency. Every diamond used in a Posh Heirlooms piece is hand-selected and comes with an independent certification from the IGI or GIA, which will be included in your parcel.

To maintain the brilliance of your gold and diamonds, we recommend soaking your piece in warm water with a few drops of mild dish soap. Use a soft-bristled toothbrush to gently clean hard-to-reach areas, rinse thoroughly with clean water, and pat dry with a lint-free cloth.

There is no need to worry—jewelry is meant to be lived in, and occasionally, repairs are needed. We are here to help you restore your piece. Please contact us at poshheirlooms@gmail.com with a photo of the damage, and we will guide you through the repair process.

Repairs & Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work. Should your piece suffer a breakage due to a manufacturing defect within the first 30 days of delivery, we are committed to repairing it at no cost to you.

Yes. If your piece has sustained accidental damage or requires care after the 30-day warranty period, we are happy to help ensure it looks as good as new. We can facilitate repairs or professional polishing for a service fee plus shipping costs.

To maintain our standards, our warranty does not cover:

•  General wear and tear or damage from improper use or storage.

•  Loss, theft, or accidental damage after the 30-day period.

•  Items that have been altered or repaired by another jeweler.

•  Loss of stones

 

Every Posh Heirlooms piece is a result of dedicated craftsmanship. Because our jewelry is handcrafted, slight variations in form and material may occur. These are not flaws, but the unique character of a handmade heirloom.
